Tony has over 20 experience in owning and operating multiple businesses with his brother Mike Mistry. The duo has owned and managed a small chain of convenience stores and gas stations for 9 years, they also owned and managed a portfolio of 10 single-family residential properties as rental units which they acquired during their time owning a successful Homevestors of America franchise from 2013 to 2018. Currently, Tony & Mike Mistry own and operate a very successful restaurant concept with 3 units in and around Houston metro area called Burger Nation which they established in 2011.

The focus now is to bring this business background to the multifamily real estate space and build and grow a portfolio of Class B and C under-valued multifamily assets that can be repositioned with professional property management and by implementing strategic capital investments.

Starting from a small chain of convenience stores and gas stations to owning and managing a portfolio of 10 single-family residential properties as rental units which they acquired during their successful term as franchisees of the Homevestors of America. Currently, Mike and Tony Mistry own a very successful restaurant concept in Houston metro area called Burger Nation since its inception in 2011. Mike and Tony now want to focus on utilizing this successful entrepreneurial experience to the multifamily real estate space to build and grow a portfolio of Class B and C under-valued multifamily assets that can be repositioned with professional property management and by implementing strategic capital investments.
