Submission of Bids:

All bids should be submitted using the bid form located below where you downloaded the construction plans. Make sure to fill out all required fields accurately and completely. Incomplete submissions may not be considered.

Insurance Requirements:

As part of our commitment to safety and risk management, we require all our contractors to be insured and bonded. Below are the insurance requirements that must be met for consideration:

1. General Liability Insurance: Vendors must maintain general liability insurance with a minimum coverage of $2 Million for bodily injury and property damage.
2. Worker's Compensation Insurance: Vendors must carry worker's compensation insurance as required by state law. Proof of compliance with state regulations must be provided.
3. Automobile Liability Insurance: If your work involves the use of vehicles, vendors must maintain automobile liability insurance with a minimum coverage of $500,000. per accident.
4. Bonding: Vendors must be bonded to ensure financial responsibility and performance on the project. The bond amount will be specified in the bid documents.

Please include the necessary insurance documentation and proof of bonding when submitting your bid. Failure to meet these insurance requirements may result in disqualification from the bidding process.
